The Fine Print

  • WAMO Trade Members and previous event exhibitors will have first right of refusal on booth space.

  • Event sponsors will receive priority booth placement.

  • Please note: We may not be able to guarantee your preferred booth placement.

Trade Members: How to Register

Log in to the WAMO website to access registration options and reduced member rates.

There are two ways to log in at WAMO (wamo.net):

  1. On the homepage, on the right-hand side below “Operators” in large white print, click “Member Login” and enter your login information.
    OR

  2. Hover over “Membership” in the top menu bar → Click “Members Sign-In” → Enter your login information.

Booth Details

Set-Up, Tear Down & Shipping Information:

Set-Up: Monday, June 15th, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM and Tuesday, June 16th, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

NEW THIS YEAR!!!! Tradeshow Sneak Peek at 1:00 PM on Tuesday.
This will allow more time to talk with operators, start conversations early, keep the room open, and get punch cards stamped (yes, we’re even bringing back the punch cards!). Don’t worry — you do not have to be fully set up. We heard from vendors and operators that they wished they had more time to network with each other. Our hope with this sneak peek is to allow for exactly that.

Tear Down: Wednesday, June 17th, after the auction is finished, and Thursday, June 18th, from 7:00 AM–12:00 PM (must be completely moved out by 12:00 noon).  NOTE-all vendors are responsible for their own garbage & disposal.


Shipping Information:

The Crowne Plaza Milwaukee South will accept packages/shipments up to three days in advance of the event.

There is no fee to collect and/or store packages; however, due to limited storage space and other events moving in and out, early deliveries may be refused at the Crowne Plaza’s discretion.

When labeling your items, please address them as follows:

Packages can be picked up at the front desk. If items are large and need to be delivered to the loading dock, please call the hotel at (414) 764-5300 to arrange.

WAMO assumes no responsibility for packages left in your booth.


What’s Included in Your Booth:

10×10 exhibit booth (exhibit hall is carpeted)
One 8′ table
Two chairs
Registration for two representatives per booth

Social Activities: Brewers Game tickets (up to 4 tickets included; additional tickets are $50 each, up to 4 more). You must register for the game in advance. No-shows will be charged $120 per ticket. Happy hour, hospitality suite, breakfast, and lunch buffet are included in the registration fee; however, no-shows will be charged $50 per registered event not attended.

You MUST select your activities in advance using the registration form and provide the names of those attending. Exhibitors will receive corresponding event tickets at check-in.


Booth Assignments and Confirmation Materials:
Booth assignments are conducted on a first-come (paid), first-served basis. Payment is required at the time of registration, and sponsors receive premier booth locations. We do not accept requests for specific booth locations but will honor, to the best of our ability, requests to be placed close to or away from another vendor.

Booth assignments will be available in early June and will be emailed to the contact person listed on the registration form along with your confirmation materials.


Exhibitor Cancellation Refunds:
Registration cancellations will be accepted until June 1, 2026, for a full refund minus a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after the registration deadline of June 5, 2026.

All refund checks will be issued after the conclusion of the event.
