The Annual Conference features fun-filled networking opportunities and social activities (including golfing, fishing, spouse program and Brewers Game!) to connect with your current and future customers!

*WAMO Trade Members- $350 first booth/$200 for each additional booth (must be signed in)
Non-WAMO Members – $500 first booth/$350 for each additional booth
Golf Outing – $100  /  Fishing Charter – $150

WAMO trade members and previous event exhibitors will have the first right of refusal on booth space. Event sponsors will receive priority booth placement.

BOOTH DETAILS

Set-Up, Tear Down & Shipping Information:

Set-up: Mon. June 9 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. & Tues. June 10 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
(Must be ready by 3:00 p.m.)

Tear down: Wed. June 11 after the auction is finished & Thurs. June 12 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
(Must be completely moved out by 12:00 p.m.)

Shipping Information:

The Brookfield Conference will accept packages/shipments up to three days in advance of the event. With this guideline, please ensure you make note that packages may not arrive before Friday, June 6th.

There is no fee to collect and/or store packages at the BCC, however, due to limited storage and other events moving in/out, early deliveries may be refused at the BCC’s discretion.

If any exhibitors need to ship packages out after the event concludes, you will be responsible for scheduling a pickup and having all their packages properly labelled.

When labeling your items, please address them as follows:

WAMO assumes no responsibility for packages left in your booth.

What’s included with your booth:

* 10×10 exhibit booth. The exhibit hall is carpeted.

* One 8′ table.

* Two Chairs.

* Registration for two reps per booth.

* Social Activities: Brewers Game ticket, must be registered in advance, no shows will be charged $120 per tickets, lunches and banquet with the members are included in the registration fee; however, no-shows will be charged $50 per event registered for but not attended. You MUST select your activities in advance using the registration form and provide the names of those attending. Exhibitors will receive corresponding event tickets at check-in.

Booth Assignments and Confirmation Materials:
Booth assignments are conducted on a first come (paid), first served basis, with payment required at the time of registration and Sponsors receiving premier booth location. We do not accept requests for specific booth locations, but will honor to the best of our ability requests to be placed close to or far from another vendor. Booth assignments will be available early June and will be emailed to the contact person listed on the registration form with your confirmation materials.

Exhibitor Cancellation Refunds:
Registration cancellations will be accepted until June 1st for a full refund excluding a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after the registration deadline June 1, 2024. All refund checks will be issued after the conclusion of the event.

HIGHLIGHTS!

Conference CollageTuesday, June 10

–> Golf outing: Embark into an unparalleled, all-inclusive 18-hole golf adventure at Broadland golf course.  The course is rated 4 1/2 Stars by Golf Digest! Tee times begin at 9:00 a.m. Cost is $100 per person.  Includes transportation, golf cart, and box lunch. Limited spots available.

–> Fishing trip: Salmon Fishing! Bring your cooler to take home Coho & King Salmon along with Steelhead & Lake Trout. ! Fishing adventures start at 7:00 a.m. Cost is $150 per person. Limited spots available.

–> Brewer’s Game: Watch the Milwaukee Brewers take on the Atlanta Braves! Tickets are in the Northwestern Mutual Legends Club, located along the third base line of the club level.  The club level also provides a dinner buffet and includes 2 drink tickets for beer or wine.

 

Wednesday, June 11:

–> Trade Show with no competing events scheduled; dedicated time with the operators

–> Spouses program-Mitchell Park Domes, Milwaukee Public Market, Lunch, and Tour of Great Lakes Distillery

–> Dinner banquet and live auction with operators’ friends and family.
